Amendment of section 105
Section 105 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) An easement over registered land may be varied or released by an instrument in the approved form.”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “easement may be” in subsection (2), the words “varied or”; and
(c)
by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Variation or release of easements”.
