Amendment of section 115

Section 115 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)nature of the interest claimed by the caveator;”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “forbid” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “prohibit”.
