Amendment of section 119
Section 119 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “forbid” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “prohibit”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Except as otherwise provided for in section 129(1), the Registrar shall not register any dealing which is prohibited by the caveat for so long as the caveat remains effective.”.
