Amendment of section 121

Section 121 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “made by the caveator” in subsection (3), the words “or by his solicitor or attorney”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “an office copy” in subsection (7) and substituting the words “a duly certified copy”.
