Amendment of section 169

Section 169(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “privy to the fraudulent using” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “privy to the fraudulent usage”; and

(b)

by deleting “$10,000” and substituting “$25,000”.
