Clause 11

by deleting the word “and” at the end of subsection (1)(a); (b)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) of subsection (1), the following paragraph:“(aa)seize any article or conveyance with which or by means of which, the offence is reasonably suspected to have been committed; and”; (c)by deleting the words “or article” wherever they appear in subsections (1)(b), (2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “, article or conveyance”; and (d)by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Powers of seizure”.
