by inserting, immediately after paragraph (h), the following paragraph:“(ha)to provide for the licensing, control, supervision and inspection of places and establishments where animals (as defined in section 41) are or may be boarded for reward;”;

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (o); and

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (p) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(q)to provide for matters relating to the employment or engagement of qualified or trained individuals by persons carrying on animal-related businesses.”.
