Clause 44

Revocation, etc., of waiver certificate

Subject to section 45, the Minister may by notice in writing to a person granted a waiver certificate under section 43(1)(a) —

(a)

add to, vary or cancel any condition of the waiver;

(b)

reduce the period of the waiver; or

(c)

revoke the waiver.
