Persons entitled to redeem
The following persons are entitled to redeem a pledge, unless they have assigned or otherwise transferred the right to do so:
(a)
the pawner;
(b)
a person stated on the pawn ticket as the person on whose behalf the goods are pawned;
(c)
a person to whom the right of redemption has been assigned or otherwise transferred.
