Clause 7
Grant of licence
(1)
The Registrar may grant a licence in accordance with this Act.
(2)
An application for the grant of a licence must be —
(a)
made in the form and manner specified by the Registrar; and
(b)
accompanied by the payment of the prescribed fee.
(3)
The Registrar may grant more than one licence to a person.
