Clause 78

Provisions relating to appeals to Minister

(1)

An appeal to the Minister against a decision of the Registrar must be made within 14 days after the date of the decision appealed against.

(2)

Subject to subsection (3), a decision appealed against is suspended until the appeal is determined, unless the Minister or Registrar otherwise orders.

(3)

Any part of a decision that is not appealed against continues to have effect.

(4)

The Minister may determine an appeal by confirming, varying or reversing the Registrar’s decision.

(5)

The Minister’s decision in an appeal is final.
