Clause 6

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (d) of subsection (1); and

(b)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (ii) of subsection (2)(f) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:“(ii)to maintain any railway commuter facility within the vicinity of a station that is part of the rapid transit system, and any other premises, facilities and structures used as, or for the purposes of, or otherwise reasonably necessary for or incidental to operating the rapid transit system;”.
