Amendment of section 10
Section 10 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “$5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “$100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “conferred by section 3” in subsection (2), the words “or by the Authority under the powers conferred by section 3A”.
