New Fourth Schedule
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the Third Schedule, the following Schedule:“FOURTH SCHEDULESections 5(5) and 37 DESIGNATED ENTITIES1.Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore).”.
