Clause 31

Any person who at any time hinders or obstructs any public officer or auxiliary police officer acting in the discharge of the public officer’s or auxiliary police officer’s duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
