Clause 34

No liability is incurred by the Licensing Officer, the Commissioner, any approved person, any authorised officer, any police officer, or any member of the Liquor Appeal Board, for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith and with reasonable care, in the exercise or purported exercise of any power, or the performance or purported performance of any function or duty, under this Act.
