Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act 2015 and, with the exception of Part 2, comes into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for air navigation may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Part 2 of this Act comes into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for homefront security may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
