Amendment of section 23
Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Insurance Act (Cap. 142)” in subsection (1)(c), the words “or a company registered as an insurance broker under that Act”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “and 36” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “, 36, 38 and 39”.
