Clause 40

Section 123 of the Bankruptcy Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) An application to annul a bankruptcy order under subsection (1)(a) must be made to the court within 12 months after the making of the bankruptcy order, unless the court gives leave for the application to be made later.”.
