Amendment of section 148
Section 148(8) of the Bankruptcy Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Sections”, “82A,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “administration order under this section”, the words “, and for the purposes of such application, unless the context otherwise requires, every reference to a bankrupt is to be read as a reference to the legal representative of the deceased debtor”.
