Amendment of section 160
Section 160 of the Bankruptcy Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)a person who lacks capacity may act by —
(i)
a donee of a lasting power of attorney granted by the person with powers in relation to the person for the purposes of this Act; or
(ii)
a deputy appointed or deemed to be appointed for the person by the court under the Mental Capacity Act (Cap. 177A) with powers in relation to the person for the purposes of this Act.”.
