Clause 2

The long title to the Maritime Offences Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “10th March 1988” and substituting the words “10 March 1988, and the provisions of the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms located on the Continental Shelf done in Rome on 10 March 1988,”.
