Clause 6
Grant of licence
(1)
The Minister may grant a licence to explore for or exploit any type of resource in any part of the Area.
(2)
A licence must state —
(a)
the type of resource to which the licence applies;
(b)
whether the licensee is allowed to explore for or exploit the resource; and
(c)
the part of the Area in which the licensee is allowed to explore for or exploit the resource.
(3)
A licence must relate to only one type of resource.
