Clause 10

New section 11A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 11, the following section:“Annual report11A.—

(1)

The Institute must, as soon as practicable after the close of each financial year, submit to the Minister an annual report on the activities of the Institute during that year.(2) The Minister must, as soon as practicable, cause a copy of the annual report to be presented to Parliament.”.
