Clause 4

Amendment of section 2

Section 2 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “of Southeast Asian Studies” in the definition of “Board”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the definition of “Director”, the following definition:“ “Institute” means the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute established under section 3;”.
