Clause 23

Effect of financial reporting orders

(1)

A person in relation to whom an FRO has effect must —

(a)

make a financial report, in respect of —

(i)

the period of a specified length beginning with the date on which the order comes into force; and

(ii)

subsequent periods of specified lengths, each period beginning immediately after the end of the previous one;

(b)

set out in each financial report, in the specified manner, such particulars of the person’s financial affairs relating to the period in question as may be specified;

(c)

include any specified documents with each financial report;

(d)

make each financial report within the specified number of days after the end of the period in question; and

(e)

make each financial report to the specified person.

(2)

In this section, “specified” means specified by the court in the FRO.
