Amendment of section 103

Section 103(1) of the Employment Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “under this Act” in paragraph (a), the words “or of a civil contravention”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “photographs” in paragraph (g), the words “, or audio”.
