Consequential amendment to Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
Section 8(1) of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (Cap. 91A, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “, in accordance with section 95 of the Employment Act (Cap. 91),”.
