Recovery of cash grant, etc., upon conviction
Where —
(a)
a person has received any cash grant or other benefit under the Scheme; and
(b)
the person is convicted of an offence under this Act in connection with the cash grant or other benefit,the court before which the conviction is had may, in addition to imposing any penalty prescribed for the offence, order that the person pay to an administrator the amount certified by the administrator to be recoverable from the person, as at the date of the conviction, in respect of the cash grant or other benefit.
