Consequential amendment to Competition Act
Paragraph 6(2) of the Third Schedule to the Competition Act (Cap. 50B, 2006 Ed.) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:“(d)the supply of bus services by a licensed bus operator under the Bus Services Industry Act 2015;”.
