Clause 51

Section 2 of the Energy Conservation Act (Cap. 92C, 2014 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) of the definition of “land transport operator” and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)a bus service under a Class 1 bus service licence granted under the Bus Services Industry Act 2015;”.
