Consequential amendments to Road Traffic Act
The Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276, 2004 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by repealing Part VB; and
(b)
by deleting the words “bus service operator” in section 127B(5)(c) and (d) and substituting in each case the words “bus operator holding a Class 1 bus service licence (within the meaning of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015)”.
