Clause 6

Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (a) and (aa) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)grant ticket payment service licences and supervise and enforce compliance with the terms of those licences; and”; and

(b)

by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Council must furnish the Minister with information with respect to its property and activities in such manner and at such times as the Minister may require.”.
