Change of address
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), every person who is liable to pay any premium under section 4(1)(c)(i) or (ii) must inform the Board in writing of any change in that person’s residential address.
(2)
If a person has changed that person’s residential address and has made a report of the change under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201), that person is taken to have informed the Board of the change of that residential address in accordance with subsection (1).
