Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, the Presiding Judge of the State Courts may —
(a)
designate one or more State Courts as Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals; and
(b)
designate so many District Judges, as may be necessary, as tribunal judges for the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals.
(2)
A tribunal is to be presided over by a tribunal judge designated under subsection (1)(b).
