Clause 27

Appeal not to operate as stay of execution

(1)

An appeal from a tribunal does not operate as a stay of execution of a decision, a direction or an order (as the case may be) of the tribunal appealed from, unless the tribunal or the High Court otherwise orders.

(2)

An order of a stay of execution may be subject to such conditions as to costs, payment into a tribunal or the High Court, the giving of security or otherwise, as the tribunal or the High Court thinks fit.
