Amendment of section 47
Section 47 of the Banking Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “approved as a financial institution under section 28 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186)” in subsection (10); and
(b)
by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Privacy of customer information”.
