Amendment of section 55
Section 55(2) of the Banking Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (h); and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (n) and substituting the following paragraph:“(n)the opening of new places of business and representative offices and the change of location of any place of business or representative office;”.
