Amendment of section 77

Section 77(4) of the Banking Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “approved under section 28 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186),” in paragraph (a);

(b)

by deleting “, 38” in paragraph (a)(ii); and

(c)

by deleting the words “sections 38 and 39” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 39”.
