Amendment of section 17A
Section 17A of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “no person shall import, distribute, sell or offer for sale” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “a person must not import into Singapore, or distribute, sell or offer for sale in Singapore,”.
