Amendment of section 21
Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “No action, suit or other proceedings shall be brought or instituted in any court” and substituting the words “No liability shall lie”;
(b)
by deleting the words “tobacco product,” and substituting the words “tobacco product or imitation tobacco product, being”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “suit” in the section heading and substituting the word “liability”.
