Clause 6
Amendment of section 6
Section 6 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “relating to any tobacco product which has been published” and substituting the words “described in section 3(1)(a), (c) or (d)”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “marketing of any tobacco product”, the words “or imitation tobacco product”; and
(c)
by deleting the word “knowingly”.
