Amendment of section 8
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “advertisement relating to any tobacco product” and substituting the words “unauthorised advertisement”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “brand of tobacco product”, the words “or imitation tobacco product”.
