Clause 16

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub‑paragraphs (2) and (3) of paragraph 10;

(b)

by deleting the words “(whether or not on an application by the Public Guardian)” in paragraph 10(4); and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “give notice of the note to” in paragraph 24, the words “the donor and”.
