Amendment of International Arbitration Act
The International Arbitration Act (Cap. 143A, 2002 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “Chairman” in sections 8(2) and (3) and 16(2) and substituting in each case the words “President of the Court of Arbitration”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Chairman for the time being” in section 16(1) and substituting the words “President of the Court of Arbitration”.
