Clause 12

by inserting, immediately after the words “international organisations” in the long title, the words “, in particular those”;

by deleting subsection (1) of section 2 and substituting the following subsection:“(1) This section applies to the following:

any organisation declared by an order of the President to be an organisation of which the Government and the government or governments of one or more foreign sovereign Powers are members;

any organisation specified in the First Schedule.”;

by deleting the words “the Schedule” wherever they appear in section 2(2) and substituting in each case the words “the Second Schedule”;

by inserting, immediately after section 5, the following section and Schedule:“Amendment of First Schedule

by renaming the existing Schedule as the Second Schedule.
