Amendment of Nanyang Polytechnic Act
The Nanyang Polytechnic Act (Cap. 191A, 1993 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 9, the following section:“Public servants9A. All members of the Board, and all officers, members of the academic staff and other employees of the Polytechnic, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
