Amendment of Republic Polytechnic Act
The Republic Polytechnic Act (Cap. 270, 2003 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 9, the following section:“Public servants9A. All members of the Board, and all officers, members of the academic staff and other employees of the Polytechnic, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
