Amendment of Singapore Polytechnic Act
The Singapore Polytechnic Act (Cap. 303, 1985 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 14, the following section:“Public servants14A. All members of the Board, and all officers, members of the academic and administrative staff and other employees of the Polytechnic, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
