Clause 41

Amendment of Singapore Sports Council Act

The Singapore Sports Council Act (Cap. 305, 2014 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (f) of section 9, the following paragraph:“(fa)with the approval of the Minister —

(i)

impose fees or charges for services rendered by the Council and for the use of any facilities controlled or managed by the Council; and

(ii)

determine the amount of each such fee or charge;”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (d) of section 24(1).
